Headquartered in Houston, RRR II is a privately held oil and gas company that was founded in 2023. Our team has a proven track record of creating value through acquisition, optimization, and development of unconventional oil and gas assets, with a focus in the Permian Basin.

RRR II is led by the same management team that successfully operated several predecessor companies, with Scott Germann and Brian Cassens serving as Co-Chief Executive Officers. Prior to RRR II, the same team successfully managed and divested Ridge Runner Resources I as well as Chisholm Energy, which was sold to Earthstone Energy, Inc. in February of 2022 for $610 million.
